I applied for a program and haven’t received an admission decision yet. When will I receive a decision?

It typically takes approximately four (4) weeks from application completion for applicants to receive an admission decision. If you completed your application over 4 weeks ago and have not yet received an admission decision, please contact us at polygrad@asu.edu and we will happy to provide you with the status of your application.

The GRE requirement is noted on all graduate programs. Do you offer GRE Waivers?

Yes, we provide a GRE Waiver Request for applicants who meet the requirements. Please carefully review the qualifications of the GRE Waiver Request and if you meet one of the requirements, please fill out the form and send it along with any additional required materials to polygrad@asu.edu. This is not a GRE fee waiver request.

Where should I have my official documents sent?

All official application materials should be sent to ASU Graduate Admission Services:

To expedite the processing of your application, please write your application reference number on all documents and envelopes submitted to ASU. Materials submitted without your application reference number will delay the processing of your application.

Am I eligible for a scholarship or assistant-ship?

For any questions regarding how to pay for your graduate education at ASU, we encourage you to explore the different options through Financial Aid and Scholarship Services or Pay for College – Graduate College. Please note that scholarships and assistantships are not guaranteed. You are encouraged to thoroughly explore your options before submitting the graduate application.

How do I schedule an appointment with an advisor?

If you are wanting to learn more about one of our graduate programs and are not yet admitted to the Polytechnic School, please call our Advising Services Office at 480-727-1874 to request an appointment with a graduate advisor.

If you are admitted to one of the Polytechnic School graduate programs, you can schedule an appointment with your graduate advisor by visiting our online scheduling tool.
