Peggy Irelan is an Intel Fellow and serves as the Senior Director of Technology Exploration in Intel Capital’s Emerging Growth and Incubation Group at Intel corporation.

Irelan provides technical leadership and guidance for a global technology incubation engineering team. She has over 23 years of experience in software and computing solutions across many markets, defining and leading technology teams through development and release to market.

In 2013, she won the Anita Borg Institute’s Top Companies for Women Technologists ABIE Award for accelerating the advancement of women technologists at Intel. In 2016, she was a member of the team recognized by RCR Wireless News as the top Women in Industrial IoT 5G team.

Irelan has a bachelor of science in computer and electrical engineering from Purdue University.
