Michelle Teixeira-Lucas is an associate director of engineering and product health management at Collins Aerospace in Phoenix, Arizona. Teixeira-Lucas has spent more than 15 years at Collins Aerospace, joining as an electromagnetic engineer for engine systems and working her way up to manager and director. She earned her bachelor’s degree in physics from New York University and her bachelor of engineering degree in electrical engineering as well as her master’s degree in engineering management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Most recently, she received her MBA from the University of Phoenix. In her role on the engineering industry advisory board, she looks forward to mentoring ASU students. In her spare time, Teixeira-Lucas enjoys spending time with her family, reading and scrapbooking.
