MS GIT graduates are embedded in many industries. Below are a few of our graduates and where they are today.

Asterisk Loftis '13

Asterisk is a Sr. UX/UI Designer for CodeScience, a company that builds web apps using the Salesforce platform. Asterisk, a Colorado native decided after serving in the United States Air Force during Operation Iraqi Freedom he should pursue his dream of being a digital designer. This decision led him to ASU’s GIT program where he refined his user-centered design skills. Prior to working at CodeScience Asterisk was the Sr. Designer/Front end developer at Vantiv, the nations largest payment processor.

Jeremy Goldberg '13

Jeremy Goldberg '13

Jeremy is a product designer at Facebook where he builds Business, Platform and AI on Messenger. He has helped bring products to market ranging from M, a digital assistant inside Messenger, to Messenger’s Bots and Transportation Platform. Before joining Facebook in January 2015, Jeremy worked at Google on Search.

Adam Lay '13

Adam Lay '13

Adam is currently a web developer at Adobe Systems. While attending ASU, he landed a summer internship at Adobe, developing web applications for internal teams. After graduation, he received a full-time employment offer and now contributes to development on Adobe.com. During his studies, Adam was a member of the GIT Club council and worked on various external projects. “The best part of the GIT program is that you can choose what really interests you,” Lay says. “The support of faculty and the wide variety of focus areas make it one of the best programs at ASU.”

Ashley Yost '15

Ashley is currently the Director of Operations at PrintCPG. She manages the operations team as well as incorporates systems and processes to assist the company’s growth. Her involvement in the GIT program and the ASU Print & Imaging Lab during her university studies are what have allowed her to develop professionally and get to the position she is in today. “The GIT program leads students to endless opportunities after graduation.”

Anthony Garone '10

Anthony heads up the technology department at meltmedia, helps people learn about themselves at Kensho Education, and shines a light on creative music at MakeWeirdMusic.com. He received his B.S. in Computer Science in 2004 at ASU and his M.S. in Technology in 2010 via ASU’s GIT program. He now serves on the GIT industry advisory board.

Rad Wendzich '11

Rad Wendzich '11

Rad graduated from the GIT program with a Bachelor’s degree in 2011. Rad worked for a local mobile app development startup in Gilbert, Arizona for a year after graduating and then joined a design team at Amazon in Seattle. Rad is currently a Senior User Experience Designer leading various projects for Amazon’s worldwide audience. Over the years, Rad’s focus and passion has expanded from web development and graphic design to human-centered and data-driven design. Rad currently serves on the GIT advisory board.

Steven Meyer '16

Steven currently manages a team at CDK Global in Seattle where he serves as the Manager of User Experience for North American products. His experience has spanned through leading Marines, creating his own startup, working for a venture-backed startup, designing and developing at a Fortune 500 company, and more. Steven received his M.S. in Technology and completed his thesis on “Assessing the User Experience Employment Market in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.”
