The Aviation Programs require students to complete an internship with an airline or other aviation-related companies and organizations. This experience provides students with involvement in the day-to-day tasks, as well as the opportunity to explore the structure and major processes of the organization.
Nearly all of the internships are unpaid; however, many of them offer flight benefits, access to flight simulators and enhanced employment opportunities in the future, not to mention invaluable industry experience.
For more information about internships, please contact the Aviation Program Office at (480) 727-1021.
Students are expected to register for ASU internship course credit and complete the syllabus requirements associated with the course. This includes completing a mid-semester and end-of-semester experience report.
