This seminar meets initial and/or annual training requirements and includes a review of state and federal statutes and laws. Newly enacted Arizona statutes and regulatory programs are addressed. New and rapidly changing regulations will be reviewed and participants will receive materials and instructions helping them to comply with these complex regulations. The 16-Hr. RCRA meets the requirements of 40 CFR 265.16(a) (1).
