Labs, Facilities and Centers

Our research efforts focus on transforming basic discoveries into practical, real-world use and enterprise.

From energy and the environment to intelligent machines, we are exploring innovative technologies and concepts that benefit society in tangible ways.

Because our classes are hands-on and project-based, they tend to be taught in labs, workshops and studio spaces rather than typical classrooms and lecture halls.
